TAP ROOT FARM TOURS Experience a real farm with real horses and cattle, real homegrown vegetables and fruit, a real 1907 Victorian Farmhouse, barns, tools, tractors and a wagon ride with a full explanation of the history of our family and Tap Root. This is a great combination of fun and education. Both the BIG Kids and the LITTLE Kids enjoy our tour. You experience hands-on a farming lifestyle that is unfamiliar to most. Guests take home memories and photos of a fresh understanding about food, nutrition, work ethics, large animal care, home canning and freezing, field, water & erosion conservation and the character that farming develops in our crew and family. Please feel free to bring your picnic lunch and eat under the large maple tree. Relax while the children play on the tire swings and conclude your visit with us in a traditional farm activity.
